Brunch Enthusiasts

My best friend Kelly, who goes to school in New York, came to visit me in LA over the weekend! It was her first time visiting my campus, so I made sure to give her the grand tour. We met in the 6th grade, and have been attached at the hip ever since. When the two of us are together, brunch is an absolute must, so we headed to Urth Caffé on Melrose to grab a very extra meal.

Urth truly knows how to deliver when it comes to brunch. We decided to order the Poach Di Parma, Butternut Squash & Ricotta Pizza, and fresh fruit plate. I opted for the Organic Green Tea Boba on Ice with Soy Milk, while Kelly had the Honey Vanilla Latté. True friendship is ordering an extra amount of food and sharing it, which is exactly what we did.

Of course, Melrose isn’t Melrose without their famous murals and walls, many of which can be found on any LA girl’s Instagram. Oddly enough, this pink wall is actually a part of designer Paul Smith store’s parking lot.

Walking down the street, you will find some sort of photo-worthy backdrop on every corner. Walking with you best friend (aka personal photographer) is definitely the move if you ever visit LA.

To my beautiful BFF, thank you for visiting. I can’t wait for more adventures with ya
